Over 100,000 international graduates in the UK need Skilled Worker visa sponsorship to stay and work. Job boards don't reliably flag which employers are licensed sponsors. The Home Office register exists but is hard to cross-reference at scale. Graduates waste months applying to companies that can't sponsor them.
