Privacy

This notice explains how mohanthpalem.com handles information when you browse the site, send a contact message, or get my CV. This is a personal portfolio operated by Mohanth Palem. It does not use advertising pixels or invasive individual profiling.

What this site collects

• Browsing (aggregate analytics) — When enabled on Cloudflare Pages, Web Analytics may be injected automatically by Cloudflare to record page views, referrers, countries, device/browser categories and performance metrics. It is privacy-focused and does not rely on advertising cookies for cross-site tracking. This site does not load a second analytics beacon from application code.
• Contact form — name, email, optional company, reason and message are sent to Formspree so I can reply.
• CV access — You may preview or download my CV immediately through this site. Those routes serve the PDF from private Cloudflare storage via server-side functions (the storage bucket itself is not publicly listed). Choosing Email me a copy collects your email address (name optional), verifies you with Cloudflare Turnstile, and sends the PDF to that address via Resend. Submitted emails are used only to deliver that message and for short-lived abuse prevention; they are not used for marketing.
• Technical logs — Cloudflare may process IP addresses and request metadata for security, rate limiting and reliability.

Cookies and storage

This site does not set marketing cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set cookies or use local storage required for bot challenges. Formspree and Resend process submissions on their infrastructure under their own terms. Your browser may store ordinary session data for navigation.

Service providers

• Cloudflare — hosting, security, Turnstile, and (when enabled) Web Analytics
• Formspree — contact form delivery
• Resend — automatic CV email delivery to the address you provide

Retention

Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to respond, then deleted or archived with ordinary email hygiene. CV email addresses are processed to deliver the PDF and may be reflected briefly in soft abuse-prevention counters (hashed identifiers when KV is enabled). Aggregate analytics do not store CV file content. The PDF itself is stored in private Cloudflare R2 and is not committed to the website repository.

Your rights

If UK GDPR / data protection law applies to you, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal data I hold from site forms, and you may object to certain processing. Contact mohanthpalemm@gmail.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you believe your rights have been infringed.

Children

This site is not directed at children and is not intended for under-16s.

Changes

I may update this notice when the site’s tools or practices change. The date above will be revised when that happens.
