I talk to the people living with the problem, map what is actually broken, and turn that into clear requirements and a prioritised backlog — not a document that never ships.

Delivery & iteration
I work with technical delivery, define workflows, run acceptance testing and refine what goes live — so the product works for real users, not just a slide deck.

Building digital products
I have founded and shipped AI SaaS and digital platforms end to end — owning product vision, feature decisions and iteration from a validated problem to a working product.
